- Evaluation of modified and home built vehicles to applicable requirements including kit vehicles, cars, light duty and heavy duty trucks and trailers
- Certification of modified vehicle GAWR / GVWR (replacement or addition of axles)
- Homologation of mobile cranes, tow trucks, and other special purpose heavy vehicles for overweight or special operating permits
- Brake timing tests (application & release of air brakes per CMVSS 121) for new and used vehicles following wheelbase and / or axle modifications
